Job Summary

As an Experienced E-commerce Customer Support Specialist – Live Chat Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to arenaflex store owners and their customers through live chat on their websites and social media accounts. Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., business, marketing, communications) preferred

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer support or a related field

  • Proficiency in using live chat software and social media platforms
