Key Responsibilities:

- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner
- Assist customers with order processing, returns, and exchanges
- Use your problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues and escalate to supervisors when necessary
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed support to customers
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
Essential Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
- 1+ year of customer service experience in a call center, retail, or hospitality environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
