Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst to join our High-Level Examination, Content Development team. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for applying advanced analytical techniques to drive business decisions and shape the future of entertainment. You will work closely with our content development team to analyze large-scale, high-dimensional data sets, identify trends and patterns, and provide actionable insights to inform business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

* Apply advanced analytical techniques (data mining, data visualization, statistical analysis, AI) to large-scale, high-dimensional data sets to drive business decisions

• Analyze client behavior (e.g., viewing patterns, preferences) to identify untapped client needs and undiscovered content opportunities
• Forecast content engagement to inform purchasing decisions
• Enhance our content release and episode release strategy
• Test marketing strategies to optimize engagement and retention
• Ideate and develop new metrics and KPIs to measure content performance for both strategic and key navigation
• Provide specialized analytical support to partners to drive business growth
• Effectively communicate significant results through compelling data storytelling across the organization

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Math, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field

• At least 2 years of experience in data analysis
• Proficiency in SQL and experience in R or Python
• Experience in statistical analysis and AI techniques: decision trees, regression, clustering, etc.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and apply creativity in solving complex problems
• Excellent data storytelling abilities through verbal, written, and visual communication

Good TO-HAVES

* Master's degree in Data Science, Math, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field

• An enthusiasm for media and entertainment
