Job Overview

Our Amazon Locker+ retail locations are designed to provide customers with a convenient and hassle-free experience, and we're looking for talented individuals like you to help us make it happen. As a Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for receiving, picking, and stowing customer orders, processing returns, and preparing for delivery. You will also be the primary point of contact for customers, answering their questions, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service.
Duties & Responsibilities
Some of your key duties and responsibilities will include:
- Receiving, picking, and stowing customer orders, processing returns, and preparing for delivery
- Assisting customers with questions and concerns, providing solutions and alternatives when necessary
- Working through problem-solving scenarios for customers, ensuring their issues are resolved promptly and professionally
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace, adhering to arenaflex's high standards for quality and customer satisfaction
- Managing responsibilities for a Locker+ location, including opening and closing site, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively
- Using technology like smartphones and handheld devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders, staying up-to-date with the latest arenaflex systems and tools
- Receiving truck deliveries, ensuring all packages are accurately received and processed
Requirements & Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 18 years or older with the ability to understand and adhere to all job requirement and safety guidelines in English
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or relevant experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting up to 49 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Availability to work part-time between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 9:30 p.m., with schedules varying week to week
