Key Responsibilities
As a Web Chat Sales Consultant at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Handling inbound sales chats from consumers, identifying their needs, making recommendations, and closing the sale
- Making follow-up outbound calls to overcome objections and close the sale
- Building lasting relationships with customers to drive loyalty and retention
- Working from home in a fully virtual environment, with flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Maintaining excellent written communication skills, including grammar, spelling, and punctuation
- Having a good understanding of world geography to effectively serve our global customer base
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 1+ years of previous live web chat experience, with a proven track record of success
- 2+ years of experience as a salesperson over the phone or in a similar sales role, with a strong background in closing sales
- Demonstrated ability to type 40+ words per minute, with excellent typing skills
- Proven success in meeting and exceeding monetary sales KPI metrics, with a strong focus on revenue growth
- Strong experience in making sales over the phone, with a proven ability to build and maintain relationships with high-end clients
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with customers
- Flexibility in your schedule, with the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Discipline to work in a structured environment, with a strong focus on schedule adherence and productivity
- Previous sales experience, with a proven ability to close sales on the first call
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and equipment, including MS Word, Teams, and Outlook
- Ability to provide a distraction-free workspace/environment at home, with a stable power source and internet connection

- Historic annual average commission of $15,000 - $75,000 (based on overall department performance)
