Job Summary

As a Live Chat Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for providing timely and efficient customer service through online chat on our website and social media channels. You'll be the face of arenaflex, helping customers with their support questions, offering promotional discounts, and providing helpful resources and information. This is an entry-level position, and full training is provided, so don't worry if you're new to this type of work.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to live chat messages from customers on our website and social media channels

  • Answer customer inquiries, offering helpful solutions and resources
  • Provide promotional discounts and offers to customers
  • Collaborate with our team to resolve complex customer issues
  • Continuously improve our support processes and procedures
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets
  • Work closely with our sales team to drive sales and revenue growth

Essential Qualifications

* Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions
  • Reliable internet connection and a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop)
  • 5+ hours availability per week
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous customer service experience, preferably in a live chat or call center environment

  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and systems
  • Experience with social media platforms and online chat tools
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
