Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Practice Manager, you'll be responsible for leading business outcomes, executing long-term strategic customer transformation roadmaps, and developing unified account plans that align with arenaflex account teams. You'll establish executive relationships across business and technology groups, secure executive sponsorship for programs, and build a strong internal network at arenaflex. Your expertise will be sought after by clients and colleagues alike, as you deliver on annual bookings, revenue, and customer satisfaction targets.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead Business Outcomes: Articulate accelerated customer outcomes through cloud transformation, driving business growth and revenue expansion.

  • Execution of Long-Term Strategic Customer Transformation Roadmaps: Develop and execute comprehensive plans that align with arenaflex business objectives and customer needs.
  • Develop Unified Account Plans: Collaborate with arenaflex account teams to create aligned pursuit plans that drive business outcomes.
  • Establish Executive Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with executive stakeholders across business and technology groups.
  • Establish Internal Network: Foster connections with internal organizations critical to success, including Account Team, Partner team, Global Services organization, Finance, and Legal.
  • Deliver on Annual Bookings, Revenue, and Customer Satisfaction Targets: Meet or exceed targets through effective deal structure and customer engagement.
  • Support Scale through Shared Learnings: Share knowledge and best practices across the arenaflex ProServe team to drive growth and excellence.

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree or 7+ years of professional or military experience

  • 5+ years of Media & Entertainment Industry experience
  • 8+ years of IT consulting and management experience in customer-facing roles
  • Proven track record of scoping, selling, and delivering large-scale enterprise IT Transformation programs
  • Experience in leading solutions that include core products, third-party products, and custom-built solutions

Preferred Qualifications

* Consistent track record of achieving sales targets and opportunity management

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including workgroup leadership and executive presentations

Compensation & Benefits

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $138,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $239,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors, including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
