The Role

• Advertise shipping containers on Facebook Marketplace and engage with potential customers to generate leads
• Respond to customer inquiries via chat, follow up with them, and encourage them to place an order
• Close sales directly on the chat by sending invoices from our company's system
• If a customer needs to talk over the phone, you can help them yourself or assign the lead to one of our closers to help you close the deal
• Utilize our software to manage leads, track customer interactions, and analyze sales performance
