Experienced Full Stack Customer Service Representative – Insurance Policy Support

Supporting Our Clients
As a Remote Licensed Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in supporting one of the largest insurance providers in the U.S. You'll assist with entry-level auto and property policies, providing exceptional customer service to our clients' customers. Your primary function will be to receive, review, and process calls regarding customers' insurance policies, addressing questions and concerns related to policy coverage, billing, and modifications.
Key Responsibilities
* Receive and process inbound calls regarding customers' insurance policies
- Review and respond to customer inquiries related to policy coverage, billing, and modifications
- Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide solutions
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- 6 months to 1 year of relevant work experience in customer service or a related field
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must reside in Utah to be considered for this role
- Must have a quiet and distraction-free work environment during working and training hours
- Must be comfortable with being on web camera during training and production
Preferred Qualifications
* 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
- Previous experience in the insurance industry or a related field
- Strong knowledge of insurance policies and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
