Job Summary

As a Freight Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our customers' freight is shipped on time, securely, and efficiently. You will be the face of arenaflex's freight services, interacting directly with customers via phone and in-person. This is a section-level customer service specialist position that requires a high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to our customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

• Work closely with our customers to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring that their freight is shipped on time and securely.
• Collaborate with our internal teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination of freight shipments.
• Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring that all customer interactions and freight shipments are properly documented.
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
• Work a variety of shifts, including early morning and evening shifts, to accommodate our customers' needs.

Requirements
