Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in providing best-in-class support to our customers. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Demonstrating reliability and commitment to being present and on time for the entire shift each day
  • Handling a large number of contacts, including phone calls, chats, and emails, with a focus on resolving customer issues efficiently and effectively
  • Meeting our high-performance bar by exceeding customer satisfaction, succeeding in meeting metrics for customer service excellence, and other responsibilities as assigned
  • Providing professional customer engagement, actively listening to understand customer concerns, and using internal resources to find the best solution to fully solve their problem
  • De-escalating customer care by using conflict management skills to balance the customer's needs with the company's capabilities while maintaining professional composure
  • Troubleshooting customer issues by thinking analytically to solve problems in the first contact resolution process
  • Being tech-savvy and multitasking by navigating multiple browsers, tabs, tools, and screens to answer questions quickly and efficiently
  • Identifying areas of need for improvement for Wayfair customers and sharing leadership trends to help us continue to improve

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • Be over 18 years old
  • Have a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • Be able to read, write, and understand Spanish and English
  • Have working knowledge of Windows operating systems or equivalent
  • Be able to pass a candidate assessment to proceed with the interview process

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • Previous customer service experience in a fast-paced, structured environment
  • Experience with conflict management and de-escalation techniques
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and navigate multiple browsers, tabs, tools, and screens
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and customer service software
