Key Responsibilities
* Assist Missouri Medicaid customers with their healthcare benefits, providing accurate and consistent information to ensure their needs are met.
- Provide quality customer service and support, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain confidentiality of personal health information, adhering to strict data protection protocols.

Essential Qualifications
