Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Office Clerk/Data Entry Professional to join our remote team. As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for managing day-to-day data entry transactions, office clerical duties, and compiling reports. You'll utilize Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, and Word, as well as industry-specific software. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

As an Office Clerk/Data Entry Professional with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for the following key tasks:

  • Entry of daily work orders into systems: Accurately and efficiently enter daily work orders into our systems, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Assembling reports: Compile and assemble reports from various data sources, using your analytical skills to identify trends and insights.
  • Reconciling reports: Reconcile reports to ensure accuracy and completeness, identifying and resolving any discrepancies or issues.
  • Filing, copying, faxing, and other clerical duties: Perform a range of clerical tasks, including filing, copying, faxing, and other administrative duties as required.
  • Maintain excellent communication with various departments: Develop and maintain strong relationships with colleagues across departments, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Other duties as assigned: Be flexible and adaptable, taking on additional responsibilities as needed to support the team and organization.

Experience and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Organizing and prioritizing skills: Proven ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy: High level of attention to detail, with a strong focus on accuracy and quality in all aspects of your work.
  • 1 year of data entry (typing at least 40 wpm) in operations or similar service environment: Previous experience in data entry, with a strong typing speed and accuracy.
  • 1 year of office clerk experience: Proven experience in office administration, with a strong understanding of office procedures and protocols.
  • Good communications skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Experience in recycling would be helpful but not necessary: While not essential, experience in recycling or sustainability initiatives is a plus.

Physical Demands

As a remote worker, you'll need to be able to:

  • Organize various office systems: Adjust, connect, lift, pull, push, bend, or fold to manage office systems and records.
  • Use a computer and related devices: Utilize a computer and related devices, such as a keyboard or mouse, for extended periods while seated at a desk or workstation.
  • Bend, stoop, or seat for long periods: Be able to sit or stand for extended periods, with occasional bending or stooping as required.

Schedule and Work Environment

Ability to Commute/Relocate

While remote work is a key aspect of this role, you'll need to be able to:

Experience with Microsoft Excel
