Key Responsibilities:

As a Remote Customer Service & Administrative Assistant - Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Entering data accurately and efficiently into our database systems
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and files
  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
