Job Summary

As an Experienced Data Entry Clerk - Work From Home (Remote & Flexible) / Entry Level Customer Service / Administrative Assistant, you'll play a vital role in supporting our team's efforts to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive business growth. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Data entry and processing: Accurately and efficiently entering data into our systems, ensuring high levels of accuracy and quality.
  • Customer service: Providing exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Administrative support: Assisting with administrative tasks, such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining records.

Key Responsibilities

* Data entry and processing: + Accurately and efficiently enter data into our systems, ensuring high levels of accuracy and quality. + Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness. + Identify and resolve data entry errors or discrepancies.

  • Customer service:

+ Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. + Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty. + Collaborate with team members to resolve complex customer issues.

  • Administrative support:

+ Assist with administrative tasks, such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining records. + Provide administrative support to team members, as needed. + Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files.

  • Communication:

+ Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and coordination. + Participate in team meetings and discussions to share knowledge and best practices. + Communicate effectively with customers and team members, both verbally and in writing.

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.

  • 1-2 years of experience in data entry, customer service, or administrative support.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
