Job Summary
As a Remote Customer Dispute Chat Representative, you'll play a critical role in handling customer inquiries and disputes via chat in a timely and professional manner. You'll be responsible for investigating customer inquiries and disputes to determine the root cause of the problem, collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve customer disputes and issues, and maintaining accurate and complete records of customer interactions and transactions. Responsibilities
* Respond to customer inquiries and disputes via chat in a timely and professional manner
- Investigate customer inquiries and disputes to determine the root cause of the problem
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer disputes and issues
- Maintain accurate and complete records of customer interactions and transactions
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members
- Meet or exceed established performance metrics, including customer satisfaction, productivity, and quality standards
- Continuously learn and adapt to new software and technology tools
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred, but not required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
