Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

• Responding to customer inquiries and resolving their queries in a professional and courteous manner
• Providing excellent customer service via phone, email, and chat
• Handling private and confidential information with discretion and professionalism
• Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
• Participating in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and product knowledge
• Meeting and exceeding performance metrics and targets
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

• A minimum of one year of experience working in a customer service-related field
• An understanding of excellent customer care concepts and principles
• Proficiency with computer skills, including internet browsers, email, and the ability to learn new software
• Good communication skills, both written and oral
• Ability to communicate professionally with customers and colleagues

Schedule

We currently have the following full-time shifts available:

• Tuesday through Saturday from 1 pm to 9 pm
• Sunday through Thursday from 1 pm to 9 pm

This is a work-from-home position, and you will need to have a dedicated workspace and a reliable internet connection.
