Job Summary

As a Work-at-Home Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through technical support, sales interactions, and account management. This role requires a strong customer service orientation, technical aptitude, and sales skills, as well as the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide technical support and resolve customer issues through phone, email, and chat interactions

  • Utilize systems and technology to complete account management tasks, including data entry and reporting
  • Recognize sales opportunities and apply sales skills to upgrade customer accounts
  • Explain and position products and processes with customers to ensure a clear understanding of arenaflex's offerings
  • Escalate customer dissatisfaction to managerial teams and collaborate to resolve issues
  • Ensure first call resolution through problem-solving and effective call handling

Essential Qualifications

* Must be 18 years of age or older

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills
  • Ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words per minute)
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
  • Basic understanding of Windows operating system
  • Highly reliable with the ability to maintain regular attendance and punctuality
  • Ability to evaluate, troubleshoot, and follow-up on customer issues
  • Aptitude for conflict resolution, problem-solving, and negotiation
  • Customer service-oriented with empathy, responsiveness, patience, and conscientiousness
  • Ability to multi-task, stay focused, and self-manage
  • Strong team orientation and customer focus
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with change and ambiguity

* Previous customer service or sales experience in a contact center environment

  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services
  • Experience with CRM software and data analysis tools

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

* Competitive hourly rate: $12.10 - $16.10 per hour

Physical Requirements

* This job operates in a professional office environment with a focus on customer service and technical support

  • The employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset
  • The employee will be regularly required to operate a computer and other office equipment, including a phone, copier, and printer
  • The employee may occasionally be required to move about the office to accomplish tasks; reach in any direction; raise or lower objects, move objects from place to place, hold onto objects, and move or exert force up to forty (40) pounds
