Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced Process Associate to join our Quality Assurance and Process Improvement team at arenaflex. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for monitoring and ensuring the accuracy of our pricing analytics & operations team through audits and process improvement activities. You'll work closely with our business, automation, and technology teams to drive operational and system improvements, and identify emerging process performance trends.

Key Responsibilities:

* Audit operations teams' & system outputs to ensure accuracy and quality

• Suggest and implement process/system improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
• Identify emerging process performance trends and provide recommendations for improvement
• Track and maintain quality metrics of assigned processes to ensure compliance with arenaflex standards
• Collaborate with business, automation, and technology teams to drive operational and system improvements
• Develop and maintain process documentation and procedures to ensure clarity and consistency
• Provide training and support to team members on process improvements and best practices
• Analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop recommendations for process enhancements

Essential Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. business, operations, quality assurance)

• 2+ years of experience in process improvement, quality assurance, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications (e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high levels of accuracy and quality

Preferred Qualifications:

* Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g. business, operations, quality assurance)

• 5+ years of experience in process improvement, quality assurance, or a related field
• Experience with process mapping, workflow analysis, and process re-engineering
• Knowledge of quality management systems (e.g. ISO 9001) and regulatory requirements
• Experience with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI)
• Certification in process improvement or quality assurance (e.g. Six Sigma, CQA)

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits:
