Responsibilities
As a Call Center Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Handling emergency signals and notifications
- Notifying and verifying alarm signals
- Dispatching proper authorities as needed
- Providing exceptional customer service and support
- Collaborating with our team to resolve customer issues and concerns
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Customer service experience
- Weekends, holidays, and overtime flexibility
- Computer literacy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Shifts and Scheduling
We offer a variety of shifts to accommodate your schedule, including:
- 2nd shift (3pm-11pm)
- 3rd shift (11pm-7am)
- 10 hour shifts
- 12 hour shifts
- 8 hour shifts
- Evening shifts
- Holidays
- Night shifts
- Overnight shifts
- Weekends as needed
