Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Associate, you will be responsible for:

• Rapidly recognizing and resolving client issues
• Effectively searching for answers to client queries

Position Type/Standard Schedule

* To be eligible for this remote job, you must live and work in one of the following states: Alabama, Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, New Mexico, North Carolina, North Dakota, South Carolina, Texas, Utah, Wisconsin

• This is a full-time position that allows you to work from home
• You will participate in a 12-week paid, virtual training program, which includes instructions, observations, tests, and performance measures
• The training program will be Monday through Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm CST
• After training, you will work in a permanent shift, which may include nights and weekends
• When working remotely, you will need a quiet workspace and high-speed internet with a minimum of 10 MBPS upload and 25 MBPS download speeds

What You Need to Succeed (Minimum Qualifications)

* High school diploma, GED, or equivalent

• Be at least 18 years old and have approval to work in the US
• Ability to work full-time, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Capacity to perform multiple tasks and figure out different products
• Advanced education and comfort with exploring online, email, and web search
• Dedicated high-speed internet with a minimum of 10 MBPS upload and 25 MBPS download speeds
• Clear, happy, and gracious verbal and written communication using suitable language, tone, and expression
• Demonstrated perseverance and focus on maintaining excellent attendance, performance, self-motivation, and goal achievement
