About the Role
As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for managing customer interactions via inbound calls, providing an optimum level of service, and advising customers on the best approach based on their needs and requests. You will be part of a dynamic and multicultural team that values collaboration, empathy, and a sense of humor.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage customer interactions via inbound calls
- Provide an optimum level of service with the aim of achieving the best resolution for the customer
- Advise customers on the best approach based on their needs and requests

- Continuously improve customer satisfaction and loyalty through effective communication and problem-solving skills

Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Fluency in Spanish (communication level)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
