Job Summary
We're seeking experienced Customer Service Representatives to join our remote team. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through phone, chat, and email channels. You'll handle inquiries, resolve customer complaints, and ensure a positive customer experience, meeting or exceeding defined service level goals.
Responsibilities
* Answering and responding to customer inquiries promptly and professionally
