Experienced Data Entry Specialist – CVS Operations (Full-Time, WFH)

Key Responsibilities
As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Efficiently managing CVS data entry operations in a WFH setting, ensuring accuracy and timely processing during night/day shifts
- Maintaining data integrity and confidentiality, while adhering to arenaflex's strict data security protocols
- Participating in the execution of Quality Management (QM) Work Plan exercises, including quality items and administrations
- Conducting on-site clinical and clinical reviews for all lines of business, including AHCCCS, DES, and DCS-CHP
- Conducting post-employment surveys with clinical and initiative staff to audit review results
- Helping to create remedial activity plans and tracking their fulfillment
- Creating review tools for all populations and maintaining information sections on all review tools
- Participating in QM meetings and contributing to the development of quality improvement initiatives
Essential Qualifications
* Four-year degree in a related field (e.g., healthcare, social sciences)
- At least 2 years of experience in medical services or social wellbeing
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high levels of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, with a high level of proficiency in Excel
- Ability to travel to suppliers' offices up to 80% of the time
Preferred Qualifications
* RN or LPN clinical record experience
- QM evaluating experience or case management experience
- High levels of scrupulousness and attention to detail
