Job Responsibilities:
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service to merchants and customers through phone, email, and chat support
- Responding to and resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborating with team members to achieve performance goals and improve customer satisfaction
- Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing changes to enhance efficiency and quality
- Participating in training and development programs to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
- Working closely with the Merchant Services team to resolve issues and provide support to merchants
- Maintaining accurate records and reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement
Key Skills and Qualifications:
* 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or customer service environment
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, psychology)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse groups and individuals
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to diagnose issues and develop creative solutions
- Proficiency in Google Sheets or other data analysis tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Experience working in a remote or virtual environment, with the ability to self-motivate and stay focused
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience in the food delivery or logistics industry
- Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and systems
- Experience with data analysis and reporting
- Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
