Key Responsibilities:

As a Text Chat Operator at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via text chat, providing accurate and timely information to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Assisting customers with various questions regarding arenaflex's products, services, and policies, demonstrating a deep understanding of our offerings and procedures.
  • Maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor throughout interactions, fostering a positive and respectful relationship with customers.
  • Logging in and out of the chat platform according to your chosen shift and documenting interactions as required, ensuring seamless communication and record-keeping.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to resolve complex customer issues, sharing knowledge and best practices to enhance the overall customer experience.

Rate:

$35 per hour, competitive compensation for your expertise and dedication.

Working Hours:

Requirements:

+ A compatible device (Phone/Tablet/Laptop) with internet access for using chat and social media functions. + Independent working style with a strong ability to follow instructions and procedures. + Excellent typing skills and the ability to handle multiple chat interactions effectively. + No previous experience required – you'll receive full training to excel in your role.

Essential Qualifications:
