Job Summary

As an E-commerce Support Specialist – Live Chat Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to arenaflex merchants and their customers through live chat on their websites and social media accounts. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling their queries, concerns, and sales questions in a timely and professional manner. This is an entry-level position that offers a unique opportunity to learn and grow within the e-commerce industry.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide live chat customer support to arenaflex merchants and their customers through websites and social media accounts

  • Handle incoming customer support questions, sales questions, and product inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide detailed product information to customers
  • Guide customers through their purchasing process and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Work closely with merchants to resolve any issues or concerns they may have
  • Follow provided steps and instructions to ensure consistency and quality in customer support
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issues resolved

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., business, marketing, communications) preferred

  • 10+ hours availability per week; flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • Reliable internet connection and a device able to access social media and website chat functions (phone, tablet, or laptop)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new systems and processes
