Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative – Live Chat Support Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing Exceptional Customer Service: Professionally answer calls and address caller inquiries as needed, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Research and Resolution: Perform research using available resources as needed to provide required information to callers, and identify and escalate more complex issues to the research team.
  • Administrative Tasks: Complete necessary administrative work as needed, including accurate call logs and other projects assigned by your supervisor.
  • Multitasking and Adaptability: Work in a fast-paced environment, handle high call volumes, and remain calm and professional under pressure.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with arenaflex's products and services, as well as industry trends and best practices.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Problem-Solving and Multitasking: Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in using computers and familiar with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Customer Service Experience: Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center or live chat environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, communications, or customer service.
  • Call Center Experience: Previous experience working in a call center or live chat environment, with a strong understanding of call center software and processes.
