Job Summary

We are seeking highly motivated and self-starting individuals to join our Quality Control Team as Customer Service Trainees. As a Customer Service Trainee, you will be responsible for contacting customers' employees to verify their job performance, documenting and reporting the results, and providing exceptional customer service. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home or our downtown office, with flexible hours and a competitive compensation package.

Key Responsibilities
