Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead the development and implementation of our cloud infrastructure and data analytics initiatives. As a key member of our team, you'll work closely with designers, engineers, and other stakeholders to design, plan, and execute complex projects that drive business growth and improve customer experiences. Key Responsibilities

* Collaborate with a team of designers and engineers to address the global fleet of External Server Farms (3PDC)

• Work with cross-functional partners to understand business needs, design, and execute end-to-end research that includes data collection, analysis, ongoing benchmarking, and presentations
• Plan and automate metrics, iteratively building and prototyping dashboards to provide insights at scale
• Drive process improvement through data analysis, envision, and make business recommendations based on 3PDC data, identifying and acting on opportunities to optimize
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and resource allocation plans to ensure successful project delivery
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize project requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives
• Develop and maintain relationships with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, and sales
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment
• Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely and successful project delivery

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

• 4-year certification or equivalent relevant experience
• 3 years of experience in program management, with a focus on cloud infrastructure and data analytics
• 3 years of experience leading cross-functional or cross-organizational projects
• Experience in financial reporting and analysis, using accounting sheets and controlling information collections using SQL
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and drive business insights

Preferred Qualifications

* 3 years of experience leading large, cross-functional projects spanning a diverse range of partners, both technical and non-technical

• 3 years of experience in specialized program/project management roles
• Experience identifying, communicating, and collaborating with partners within one or more teams to drive impact and work towards shared objectives
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
• Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
• Experience with cloud-based platforms, such as Google Cloud or Amazon Web Services
