What to Expect as a Customer Support Agent at arenaflex

As a Customer Support Agent, you'll be responsible for managing day-to-day therapist inquiries and requests through various communication channels, including SMS, phone, and emails. Your primary goal will be to provide ongoing support to therapists throughout their treatment journeys, ensuring that they have the resources and information they need to deliver exceptional care.
