As a remote, full-time Customer Service Representative, you'll be an integral part of our team, working closely with customers to explain the features of our insurance products and provide exceptional support.

The Position

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team on a full-time basis. As a key member of our customer support team, you'll be responsible for handling phone and email inquiries from current and prospective customers, providing personalized support and guidance to help them make informed decisions about our insurance products.

Primary Responsibilities

* Handling phone and email inquiries from current and prospective customers, providing exceptional support and guidance to help them make informed decisions about our insurance products

  • Preparing well-written responses to customers, addressing their questions and concerns in a clear and concise manner
  • Processing insurance quotes, coordinating underwriting, and assembling insurance certificates digitally
  • Maintaining accurate records and updating customer information in our database

Other Responsibilities

* Collaborating with our sales team to provide seamless support and guidance to customers

  • Participating in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
  • Adapting to changing work volume and priorities, ensuring that customer needs are met in a timely and efficient manner
  • Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction, resolving issues and concerns in a professional and courteous manner

Requirements

* 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in the insurance industry

  • Excellent communication and reasoning skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
  • Willingness to adjust work schedule to accommodate seasonal work volume
  • Prior client service experience and/or insurance license is a significant plus
  • All applicants must be based in the US

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

  • Familiarity with CRM software and database management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and support
