Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst to join our High-Level Examination, Content Development team. As a Data Analyst, you will apply advanced analytical techniques to drive business decisions and shape the future of arenaflex's content portfolio. You will work closely with our content team to analyze large-scale, high-dimensional data sets and provide actionable insights to inform business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
* Apply advanced analytical techniques (data mining, data visualization, statistical analysis, AI) on large-scale, high-dimensional data sets to drive business decisions
- Analyze customer behavior (e.g., viewing patterns, engagement metrics) to identify untapped customer needs and new content opportunities
- Forecast content engagement to inform acquisition decisions
- Enhance our content launch and episode release strategy
- Test marketing strategies to optimize engagement and retention
- Ideate and develop new metrics and KPIs to measure content performance for both strategic and tactical navigation
- Provide specialized analytical support to partners to drive business growth
- Effectively communicate significant results through compelling data storytelling across the organization
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in data analysis, with a focus on statistical analysis and AI techniques
- Proficiency in SQL and experience in R or Python
- Experience in data visualization and data storytelling
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and apply creativity to complex problems
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Good TO-HAVES
* Master's degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
