Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer inbound calls while engaging and communicating with entrepreneurs and executives, gathering information about their requirements, and suggesting the right arenaflex products and services.
  • Convey high levels of product and service knowledge to clearly communicate the features, benefits, and different components of arenaflex's Independent Venture Services.
  • Continuously develop key selling skills, including building rapport, understanding client needs, handling complaints, and closing deals.
  • Provide exceptional client care by answering questions about accounts in a high-speed, organized client care environment.
  • Archive essential record data according to established procedures and protocols.
  • Ensure compliance with all administrative and regulatory rules connected with servicing and sales practices.

Essential Qualifications:

We're looking for experienced professionals with a strong background in client care and sales. If you have:

  • At least two years of experience in client care, with a proven track record of building client loyalty through excellent listening, consultative relationship building, and strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated success in a client support and sales environment (two years+).
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment with the capability to multitask and navigate in an online climate.

Preferred Qualifications:

We're also looking for candidates with:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Experience working in a private industry setting.
  • Full-time availability with 8 hours of work per day.
  • Availability to work in Arizona, USA.
