Job Responsibilities and Essential Functions

As a Customer Service and Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Making a great first impression on the phone and in person, setting the tone for a positive and productive interaction
• Fostering a personalized and helpful experience for clients, winning their trust and confidence through active listening and problem-solving skills
• Quickly determining the nature of objections and responding appropriately to resolve customer needs
• Being proactive and committed to taking action to resolve customer needs, demonstrating a growth mindset and high work standards
• Understanding the importance of attention to detail and applying new knowledge or skills quickly to improve performance
• Solving problems and taking advantage of opportunities without being asked, demonstrating a proactive and results-driven approach

Required Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you'll need:

• A minimum of 4 years of Sales or Customer Service experience, with a proven track record of success
• Results-driven and committed to meeting individual and team goals, with a focus on delivering exceptional results
• Strong PC and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to new technologies and processes
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on building positive and healthy relationships
• Office experience in the following industries is a plus: Home Inspection, Carpet Cleaning, Maid Service, Handyman
