You'll also have the opportunity to work with our insurance agency, providing sales and consulting services to clients.

Key Responsibilities

As a customer service and appointment setting representative with arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to clients' customers via phone, email, and chat
  • Handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating complex problems to senior representatives
  • Setting appointments for clients' products and services
  • Working with our insurance agency to provide sales and consulting services to clients

Essential Qualifications
