Job Summary

As a Student Customer Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patrons, ensuring their safety and well-being, and maintaining a clean and safe environment for all. This role requires a positive and approachable demeanor, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Greet patrons and guests, ensuring their safety and well-being

  • Assist customers with various questions and problems in customer service areas
  • Perform basic cleaning responsibilities, including trash, equipment, and laundry
  • Special event set-up and operations
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for all patrons by completing assigned shifts, duties, and enforcing facility policies
  • Serve as a first responder to accidents within the building
  • Find a substitute when unavailable and complete assigned duties

Minimum Qualifications

* Current American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer, AED, and Standard First Aid certifications or obtained within the first 30 days of employment

  • BBP Certification obtained within the first 30 days of employment

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

  • Ability to maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Basic cleaning responsibilities, including trash, equipment, and laundry

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous customer service experience

  • Experience working in a recreational or fitness setting
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
