Experienced Bilingual Customer Engagement Representative (Hybrid) – Powersports Loan Servicing

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Bilingual (fluent in Spanish) Customer Engagement Representative to join our team in Irving, Texas. This is a tremendous opportunity to partner with us to build a best-in-class servicing organization for our growing portfolio of powersports loans.

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle an average of 80 inbound and outbound calls per day, providing exceptional customer service and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner.

  • Process phone payments and communicate with customers regarding their powersports loan.
  • Conduct outbound customer interview calls to gather information and resolve customer concerns.
  • Communicate and resolve customer issues via online chat channel, ensuring a seamless and efficient customer experience.
  • Resolve common customer concerns regarding their powersports loan, providing accurate and timely information.
  • Meet monthly productivity and quality goals, demonstrating a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and service excellence.
  • Comply with all federal and state-specific laws that regulate collections and servicing activities.

Requirements:

* High School Diploma or GED required, with some college coursework a plus.

  • Preferably two years of customer service experience, ideally in auto finance or an installment loan portfolio. Collection experience is a plus.
  • Requires a minimum of 2 years related customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Working knowledge of Word and Excel.
  • Ability to master the use of web-based system of record (LoanPro) – Training Provided.
  • Strong communication skills both verbally and written, as roles are a combination of phone and communicating through chat. Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
  • Excellent "people" skills and a strong customer service attitude, with the ability to demonstrate problem-solving ability.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, which may include some overtime, nights, weekends, and holidays. Honest with a strong work ethic, unscheduled absences are rare, and always punctual.
