Key Responsibilities
As a Virtual Customer Service/Sales Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Reaching out to individuals who have requested more information on the benefits we offer, and scheduling Zoom meetings to discuss their options
- Customizing new benefit plans and adjusting existing plans to fit the current needs of each client
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with existing and new clients, providing attentive customer service and administrative support as needed
- Performing benefit reviews for existing clients, as well as assisting with claims or adjustments
- Responding to and resolving client questions and concerns regarding their benefits
- Ensuring that all documentation is accurate and complete, and performing any necessary updates on schedule
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
