Job Summary
As a Live Chat Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients' customers via live chat on their websites and social media accounts. Key Responsibilities
* Handle incoming customer support questions via live chat on businesses' websites and social media accounts
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a fair and efficient manner
- Provide product information and answer questions about discounts, shipping rates, return policies, and in-stock items
- Work closely with our team to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., customer service, communications) preferred
- 1+ year of experience in customer service or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Reliable internet connection and a device able to access social media and website chat functions (phone, tablet, or laptop)
- Availability to work a minimum of 10 hours per week
