Job Summary
As a Remote Sales Agent at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in driving sales growth and revenue. You'll be responsible for advertising and selling shipping containers to customers via chat, following up with leads, and encouraging them to place an order. With our user-friendly software and daily training, you'll be equipped with the skills and knowledge you need to succeed in this role.
Key Responsibilities
* Advertise and sell shipping containers to customers via chat using our user-friendly software
- Respond to customer inquiries, follow up with leads, and encourage them to place an order
- Close sales directly on the chat and send invoices from our company's system
- Each lead will be assigned to a sales manager to call and follow up with customers via phone calls
- Participate in daily training sessions to improve sales skills and knowledge
- Collaborate with our sales team to achieve sales targets and goals
Essential Qualifications
* No prior sales experience is required – we'll provide the training you need to succeed
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with software applications
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
