Job Summary
As an Experienced Call Center Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our patients and clients, while also handling data entry and other administrative tasks. You'll work closely with our team to resolve customer inquiries, process prescriptions, and provide support to our healthcare professionals. Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service to patients and clients via phone, email, and chat
- Handle high-volume customer inquiries, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Process prescriptions and other administrative tasks using arenaflex's pharmacy systems
- Enter patient and medication data into our systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Investigate and resolve missing prescription data, deciphering clinical truncations (SIG codes) as needed
- Settle all data entry-related exceptions, working closely with our team to resolve issues
- Handle correspondence with patients, including inbound calls, visits, and messages
- Settle outbound decisions to prescribers and patients on a case-by-case basis
- Settle Outsider Oddballs by surveying, gathering data, making remedies, and resubmitting for handling as per individual arrangement necessities
- Provide support to pharmacists, both in-office and remotely, identifying and conveying issues to senior-level staff as needed
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent
- Essential level computer skills, including:
+ Starting and closing a computer + Using a mouse to point and click + Starting and closing programs + Switching between programs + Saving files + Printing documents + Accessing data online
- Essential web browsing skills, including:
+ Opening a program + Composing URLs in the right area + Using a web search engine + Bookmarking a webpage + Exploring using back/forward/stop buttons + Completing forms online
- 18 years old or older
Preferred Qualifications
* At least 1 year of pharmacy experience in a retail or call center environment
- At least 1.5 years as a pharmacy technician with a declaration/enrollment by the state as conceded by the State Board for Pharmacies or broadly perceived confirmation office
- Experience providing customer service to internal and external clients, including fulfilling quality guidelines for services, and assessment of customer satisfaction
- Middle to advanced level keyboarding skills (at least 35 WPM, typing by memory, organizing documents)
- Familiarity with Spanish and English
