Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced and customer-focused individual to join our remote team as a Cashier & Front End Services Representative. As a key ambassador of arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless shopping experience, and representing our brand with a positive and uplifting attitude.
Responsibilities
As a Cashier & Front End Services Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Greeting, serving, and thanking customers with a smile, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere
- Representing arenaflex for extended periods, handling customer inquiries, and resolving issues promptly
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for customers and colleagues
- Assisting customers with their needs, answering questions, and providing solutions
- Collaborating with colleagues across the store to ensure seamless service and support
- Operating cash registers, handling cash, and processing transactions accurately
- Assembling and loading trucks from the parking area
- Operating equipment to move trucks from the parking area to inside the store
- Cleaning bathrooms, salesfloor, and parking garage as needed
- Maintaining a positive attitude in every weather condition
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A Bachelor's degree in any field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks simultaneously
- Positive attitude, energy, and enthusiasm for customer service and helping others
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and processing transactions
- Ability to lift, push, and pull heavy objects (up to 50 pounds)
- Ability to stand for long periods, walk, and move around the store
Preferred Qualifications
* Previous experience in customer service, retail, or a related field
- Knowledge of cash handling procedures and operating cash registers
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems
- Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
