Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

* Handle specific Inbound/Outbound calls from customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Provide excellent customer service, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to recognize and support the specific needs of the most vulnerable customers

  • Respond to customers through a variety of channels, including telephone (both inbound and outbound), internet, and written correspondence as appropriate

Qualifications

* High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Experience in contact/call center environments, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
  • Good/Excellent Computer Skills, with proficiency in MS Word and Excel
  • Effective time management and self-accountability, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner
