Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Full Stack Data Entry Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer support and experience enhancement team, you'll be responsible for:

  • Enhancing the overall customer experience by resolving issues efficiently and effectively
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Analyzing data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Developing and implementing process improvements to enhance customer support and experience

Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer support through various channels, including phone, email, and chat

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently and effectively
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content, and product development, to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance customer support and experience
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer support and experience enhancement
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements

* 4+ years of experience in customer support and experience enhancement, preferably in the entertainment or media industry

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools and technologies
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, communications, or marketing

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in the Asia-Pacific region

  • Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in customer support and experience enhancement
  • Experience with process improvement and change management
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate teams
