Job Summary

As an experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data entry processes. You will be responsible for entering patient data, processing prescriptions, and performing various administrative tasks to support our pharmacy operations. Key Responsibilities

* Enter patient data accurately and efficiently into our pharmacy management system

  • Process prescriptions, including verifying patient information, checking for allergies and interactions, and dispensing medications
  • Perform various administrative tasks, such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and resolving customer complaints
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient interactions, including medication histories and treatment plans
  • Collaborate with pharmacy staff to ensure seamless communication and efficient workflow
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on the latest pharmacy practices and technologies
  • Adhere to all regulatory requirements and company policies, including HIPAA and OSHA guidelines

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or related field

  • Current pharmacy licensure in the states within the region
  • Experience performing prescription filling and checking, records and legal compliance, pharmacy operations, pharmacy software and technology systems, and insurance
  • Affirmed Immunizer or able to become an immunizer within 90 days of hire

Preferred Qualifications

* At least 2 years of experience as a pharmacist in a retail setting, including prescription filling and checking, records and legal compliance, pharmacy operations, pharmacy software and technology systems, and insurance

  • Strong knowledge of pharmacy software and technology systems, including electronic health records and pharmacy management systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, pharmacy staff, and other healthcare professionals
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues
