Job Responsibilities:

As a Full Stack Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Utilizing arenaflex's solution information systems to perform data entry tasks, including patient enrollment, medication data entry, and top-off orders
  • Handling high-volume client requests, including inbound calls, visits, and messages, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Investigating missing medication data, deciphering clinical abbreviations (SIG codes), and resolving data entry-related exceptions
  • Providing support to pharmacists, both in-store and remotely, and escalating issues to senior-level staff as needed
  • Acquiring a dynamic pharmacist license or certification within the first 90 days of employment and maintaining a current license or certification
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and improve customer satisfaction

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent

  • Basic computer skills, including starting and closing a computer, using a mouse, starting and closing programs, switching between programs, saving files, printing reports, and accessing data online
  • Basic web search skills, including opening a browser, typing in URLs, using a search engine, bookmarking a website, navigating using back/forward/stop buttons, and completing online forms
  • Middle-level keyboarding skills, including typing at least 25 words per minute, typing by memory, and organizing reports
  • Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally
  • 18 years of age or older

Preferred Qualifications:

* At least one year of experience as a pharmacist in a retail or call center environment

  • At least one and a half years of experience as a pharmacist with a license or certification by the state or a nationally recognized certification agency
  • Experience providing customer service to internal and external clients, including meeting quality standards for services and assessing customer satisfaction
  • Intermediate to advanced level keyboarding skills, including typing at least 35 words per minute, typing by memory, and designing reports
  • Familiarity with Spanish and English
