Key Responsibilities:

As a Seasonal Bilingual Customer Service Representative – Remote, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing customer service support via inbound/outbound calls and/or via the Internet
  • Resolving routine problems and answering questions related to our products and services

Requirements:

Language Proficiency:

Fluency in both Spanish and English (reading, writing, and speaking)

Customer Service Experience:

1+ year of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment

Availability:

Open availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Education:

High school diploma or GED
