Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager Product Management - Customer Experience to lead our product teams in delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a key member of our product management organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing product strategies that drive business growth, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance arenaflex's market position. Your expertise in product management, customer experience, and leadership will be instrumental in shaping the future of arenaflex's product portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Manager Product Management - Customer Experience, you will be responsible for the following key areas: ### Strategy & Planning (40%)

  • Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify customer needs, trends, and opportunities for growth.
  • Product Vision: Develop and communicate a clear product vision that aligns with arenaflex's business objectives and customer needs.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and business partners, to ensure alignment and effective delivery of products.
  • Financial Planning: Understand the financial and business impact of proposed product updates and activities within the portfolio, prioritize updates to support the enterprise roadmap, and allocate funding across products.
  • Performance Metrics: Identify goals, metrics, and analytics to measure the performance of products and their individual features, and make recommendations and refinements to the product based on learnings.

### Delivery & Execution (30%)

  • Product Development: Drive product development by reviewing performance and directing work efforts of product teams to ensure products are aligned with company, stakeholder, and end-user priorities.
  • Quality Assurance: Document, review, and validate products to meet quality and change control standards.
  • Issue Resolution: Resolve issues within or across product teams that may impair teams from delivering a quality product in order to meet strategic, financial, and technical goals.
  • Stakeholder Management: Receive and prioritize incoming requests from business partners and stakeholders balanced against business strategy, product vision, and user needs.

### People (30%)

  • Leadership: Provide leadership, mentoring, and coaching to Product Managers to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to succeed in their roles.
  • Talent Development: Attract, retain, and develop top talent to build a world-class Product Management team.
  • Collaboration: Foster collaboration with team members (engineering, UX, etc.) to drive value, identify and resolve impediments.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including business partners, customers, and arenaflex employees, to ensure alignment and effective delivery of products.

Requirements

* Minimum Qualifications: + 6-8 years of relevant work experience in product management, preferably in a modern software development environment. + Bachelor's degree in a field related to product management, such as business, computer science, or engineering.

  • Preferred Qualifications:

+ Mastery of modern software development product management practices and agile methodologies, specifically the extreme programming (XP) principles of paired programming, test-driven development, and continuous deployment. + Proficiency in communicating with and influencing functional and technical team members at all levels in the organization. + Experience in creating, prioritizing, and accepting user stories, conducting user research and testing, and identifying goals, metrics, and analytics to measure product value.
