Experienced Personal Lines Insurance Agent – Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities
As a Personal Lines Insurance Agent, you'll be responsible for:
- Developing insurance quotes, making sales presentations, and closing sales to meet or exceed sales targets
- Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, providing prompt, accurate, and friendly support to meet their insurance needs
- Identifying new financial service opportunities with existing and new clients, and developing strategies to grow our business
- Selling, soliciting, servicing, and negotiating insurance plans based on the needs of our clients' portfolios
- Maintaining a strong work ethic and commitment to success, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and driving business growth
Key Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license or willingness to obtain
- Prior experience in insurance, banking, or a related financial setting (2+ years preferred)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
- A proven track record of trustworthiness, dependability, and ethical behavior
- A motivated and determined attitude, with a focus on delivering exceptional results
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Preferred Qualifications
* Life & Health insurance license
- Sales experience (5+ years preferred)
- Financial services experience
- Prior experience in a customer-facing role, with a focus on delivering exceptional service
